Sarah Martin is a fellowship-trained Physician Assistant and Certified Yoga Therapist who brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and embodied healing practices to her work. She completed her Integrative Medicine fellowship through the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine (AIHM) and co-founded an interdisciplinary program at TRIA in Minneapolis, demonstrating her commitment to collaborative, whole-person care.
Sarah focuses on supporting patients navigating chronic pain, fatigue, IBS, concussion, ADHD, and autoimmune conditions. Her approach integrates conventional medical care with yoga therapy and nervous system regulation techniques, helping patients develop a deeper relationship with their own bodies as a pathway to healing. She leads Chronic Pain and Yoga Therapy classes at The Wholeness Center, offering patients practical tools they can carry into their daily lives.
