Frequently asked questions.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Your first visit is a comprehensive assessment lasting 60-90 minutes. Your provider will review your health history, discuss your goals, and begin creating a personalized treatment plan. Please bring your completed intake paperwork, insurance card, photo ID, and a list of current medications.

Do you accept insurance?

We are in-network with select plans including Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Medicaid. For out-of-network plans, we provide superbills (detailed receipts) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Can I see multiple providers at your practice?

Absolutely. Our collaborative care model often involves coordination between providers -- for example, a psychiatrist for medication management and a therapist for psychotherapy. Your care team communicates regularly to ensure seamless, integrated treatment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $75 fee. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient who may need it.
